Terms and Conditions of BedChambers Serviced Apartments

  1. The booking conditions set out the basis upon which the accommodation reservations are accepted by Bed Chambers.
  2. You will be deemed to have confirmed your booking, and accepted these terms and conditions, either 72 hours after We send you your Booking Confirmation email or when you send confirmation that you have received the Booking Confirmation email or you make payment of all or part of the rental charge, whichever is the earliest.
  3. All booking details are confirmed by Bed chambers via a Booking Confirmation email and are deemed to have been accepted by you and your Party unless, within 24 hours of the sending of the Booking Confirmation email, you inform us by email that you wish to alter or cancel the booking arrangements.
  4. All prices are quoted in Indian rupees, the prices quoted exclude VAT. All prices are based on costs prevailing at the time of quotation and may be subject to change.
  5. Payment must be made to Bed chambers in Indian Rupee and must be clear of all bank charges and any other deductions. We are pleased to accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
  6. Please note that all refunds will be made back on to the debit or credit card from which payment of our invoice was made. No other form of refund will be provided. Refunds will usually take between 3 to 5 working days to reach your bank (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends). Refunds will only be made once all keys and car parking passes have been returned to us.
  7. Any items left in the apartment will be kept for 1 month after the departure date. After that date Bed Chambers reserve the right to dispose of the property as it sees fit.
  8. Bed Chambers cannot be held responsible for any failure or interruption of services to the apartment, including electricity and water or any damage, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the property or development.
  9. Bed Chambers makes every effort to ensure their guests have an enjoyable stay. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with the service offered, you should notify Bed Chambers as soon as possible. In the first instance please notify your guest coordinator.
  10. There are a number of restrictions in certain apartments. Full details are available on request. Should guests be in breach of these terms and conditions, Bed Chambers reserve the right to request that guests vacate the apartment within 24 hours.
